For vending operators
Three machine lines.
One console.
Total control.
Age-restricted vending, battery rental, and trading-card machines — each a separate revenue model, all on the same platform. Run them from a browser, from your phone, or from the driver’s seat.
Machine sales aren’t open to the public yet — we’re proving everything on our own fleet first. Sales open in the near future; the waitlist hears before anyone else.

What we offer
Three different businesses, one back office.
These aren’t skins on the same cabinet. Each is a first-class machine type in the platform with its own checkout flow, its own compliance rules, and its own placement-scoring model — so Scout ranks a college bar differently for batteries than it does for card packs.
21+ product, sold legally and provably.
The highest-margin category in vending, and the one that ruins operators who get it wrong. The gate is a real PDF417 driver's-licence scan judged in the machine's own timezone — there is no typed-birthday path and no honour-system button, by construction.
- →Vending legality for all 50 states plus DC, in the console
- →Per-state SKU compliance flags stock that can't legally be where it is
- →Verdict-only ID storage — no DOB, no document images retained
- →A machine with no scanner sells nothing restricted: it fails closed
Revenue without restocking.
You're renting the same packs over and over instead of buying inventory to sell once. No product cost per transaction, no sold-out slots, and a route stop that's a swap rather than a full reload.
- →Metered or day-pass plans, chosen by the customer at the machine
- →Card-on-file checkout — no cash, no float, no collection run
- →Packs below 85% charge are automatically held back from rental
- →Non-return forfeiture and lost-pack recovery handled by the platform
Pokémon and TCG packs, on impulse.
Card packs sell on impulse at a price point people don't think twice about, in venues that have nothing else to sell them — arcades, hobby shops, malls, cinemas, and family entertainment centres. No age gate, no refrigeration, no spoilage.
- →210-item capacity in a footprint that fits a shop wall
- →Browsable in the customer app like any general-merchandise machine
- →Coin change return plus card and tap, for a younger cash-carrying crowd
- →Scout's default scoring profile is built for exactly this placement
Refrigerated drinks and food (PG Chill) run as standard vending too — see the full hardware lineup.
The web console
The whole operation, in a browser tab.
It comes with the machines — nothing to install, nothing to buy separately. Every screen is scoped by role, so an employee sees the machines you granted them and a venue partner sees only their own numbers.
See it
- →Live fleet map and per-machine revenue
- →Sales, best sellers, and per-slot anomaly detection
- →Inventory valuation and weighted-average cost basis
- →Streamed CSV exports for anything you need offline
Run it
- →Velocity-ranked restock lists and route planning
- →Multi-warehouse stock with van-load confirmation
- →Planograms pushed across the fleet at once
- →Merchandising recommendations from measured demand
Grow it
- →Scout site selection before you sign a location
- →Dynamic pricing with hard rails, off until you enable it
- →Loyalty, promotions, and on-machine advertising
- →Venue contracts, e-signature, and commission payouts
Control from your pocket
Reach into any machine, from anywhere.
A machine acting up at 1 AM used to mean a drive across town. Now it means six buttons on your phone — the same commands on iOS, Android, and the web, every one of them written to the audit log with your name on it.
Reboot
A frozen machine comes back without a drive out to it.
Reload config
Push pricing or display changes and have them land now.
Test dispense
Prove a slot actually works after a repair — without buying from it.
Clear jam flags
Return suspect slots to service once you've cleared the fault.
Disable
Kill sales instantly — a software lockout that replaces a physical remote.
Enable
Bring it back the moment the problem is handled.
iOS & Android
Not a companion app. The whole job.
Both apps are native, and neither is a cut-down version of the console. Your drivers work the route from the van; you approve, price, and sign from wherever you are.
Every screen respects the same permissions as the web, so promoting an employee or revoking a machine grant takes effect on their phone immediately.

Why operate with us
Built by people doing the same job.
We run our own routes
We operate machines in Pennsylvania. Every feature shipped because we needed it on a Tuesday night, not because it demoed well.
The network makes you sharper
Opt in and your first route is planned on drive times and service minutes the network already measured — de-identified, aggregate-only.
One stack, end to end
We build the cabinet, the kiosk app, the backend, and the phone apps. A fault is traceable through all of it — not a ticket between two vendors.
Priced for one machine
The enterprise platforms price out the small operator. We didn't. Rates are shown live in your billing preview, computed from your actual fleet.
Start a route
Start with one machine. Add the rest when it pays for itself.
Tell us the venue and the category and we’ll quote the machine — software, console, and apps included. You can see the whole thing running before you commit to anything.
