Puff Geeks LLC aims to make its website, operator console, iOS and Android apps, and kiosk interactions accessible to people with disabilities. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our digital-accessibility improvement target. That target is not a claim that every screen or physical installation conforms, and software guidelines alone do not establish physical-machine accessibility or legal compliance.
CONFORMANCE NOT YET ESTABLISHED. This release has not undergone a documented, comprehensive WCAG 2.2 Level AA evaluation across complete user journeys and all supported surfaces. We do not claim full or partial conformance, a percentage of compliant content, or independent certification. The date above identifies this disclosure revision, not completion of such an evaluation.
The interfaces include text labels, status/error messages, semantic form controls and platform accessibility hooks. Current demand-consent controls display the server notice and confirmed state; tracking controls offer withdrawal; price-experiment controls distinguish preview and exact-proposal approval. These features require complete-task testing in context. Their presence does not prove that every control is keyboard reachable, correctly announced, sufficiently contrasted or usable at every text size. Translation availability does not establish accessibility. Premises review and alternative purchaser-assurance journeys are not yet complete.
Important areas needing evaluation or accommodation include maps/charts, dense tables, camera and barcode scanning, kiosk touch controls, text scaling, focus/reading order, payment hardware, consent and withdrawal, account export/closure, price reconfirmation and review/refusal messages. A text machine list exists on some surfaces but has not been established as an equivalent alternative for every map interaction. Business 3D scanning and augmented-reality previews have no established non-visual equivalent. Physical reach, approach and surrounding access require site-specific evaluation. Real restricted sales are currently unavailable; no approved accessible alternative purchaser-verification procedure is implied. Contact us about a barrier. Assistance must preserve necessary purchaser, payment and physical-safety controls without inventing an exception to them.
The website and console use HTML, CSS and JavaScript; the iOS app uses SwiftUI and the Android app uses Jetpack Compose. These technologies provide support for browser and platform accessibility features, including keyboard navigation, screen readers and text-size preferences, but framework choice alone does not verify an accessible experience. VoiceOver, TalkBack, magnification, switch access, keyboard-only navigation and reduced-motion behavior need testing over complete tasks on actual supported devices and browsers.
For accessibility help or an alternative format of this statement, the Privacy Policy or Terms, email support@puffgeeks.com with the subject “Accessibility”, or use Support in the app or console. Describe the task, page or machine location, the barrier, and relevant device or assistive technology; do not send passwords, payment credentials or ID images. We will work with you on an accessible alternative or appropriate assistance without charging for that assistance, subject to identity, age-verification, payment and safety requirements. We cannot promise that every physical transaction can be completed remotely or by another person.
The September 7, 2026 engineering checkpoint included backend behavior, Android compilation checks and Windows-based iOS release/debug type checks. These are engineering checks, not screen-reader, physical-kiosk or WCAG conformance evaluations. Windows shims are not a genuine macOS/iOS build. This statement does not claim completed VoiceOver/TalkBack testing or an independent accessibility audit. Required further evaluation covers complete consent/withdrawal, rights, payment/reconfirmation, restricted refusal and premises-review tasks using supported assistive technologies and actual devices. Keep a dated record of tested versions, barriers, assistance and remediation, and reassess after changes. A green build does not close those evaluation requirements.
We hope you will contact us first so we can fix the problem. You also have the right to raise an accessibility complaint with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (for places of public accommodation in Pennsylvania) or the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Nothing in this statement limits any right you have under applicable law.
